Owen just returned from his first visit down to Medford to see and meet some of the family (see previous post).
His Greatest Uncle Tom let the camera shutter fly... it's not hard to do, trust us.
But Tom has a talent. No, a gift for capturing the sweetest of moments. And he shared this with us this morning, and said we could share it with you.
Thanks Greatest Uncle Tom, for documenting "the many faces of Owen" as you say... and for continuing to amaze us with your cameras.
We love you.

Bawk Bawk!
(The bunny suit is courtesy of Cousin Nora... she wore it for Easter last year (for about 10 seconds). The Dude did not, however, sport the suit on the actual holiday - we forgot to pack it for the trip down south. Bad Mamma!)
Hope y'all had a wonderful Easter!
The Dude spent the holiday down in Medford with Mamma, Auntie C, Uncle Fuzzy and the whole extended family down there. It was a really great trip and was the first time that he spent any time away from his home (and Papa!).
We spent lots of time with Cousin Nic and Super T - hangin' out at the park, taking the boxers for a walk, having pizza with The Fam and spending lots of time in front of Uncle T's camera lens.
Little O got to meet his Great Granny for the very first time. He gave her the biggest, sweetest smiles ever. She melted - just like the rest of us.
As you can see, there was no shortage of attention for The Dude.
Thanks to everyone for all the great hospitality, food and all the LOVE.

Food! Glorious Food!
Well, it's been a busy couple of weeks. The Dude is now 5 months old, has two teeth, has discovered his feet (which he has an intense love affair with), and has had his first taste of "solids". Our Doc told us to wait as long as we could, the recommended age to start is 6 months... unless the baby shows extreme interest in food or seems hungry. Let's just say, he was. On both counts. Whenever we eat in front of him he stares intently at us and moves his mouth.... we took that as a sign.
So, here his is - on his fifth month birthday. Taking his first bites of rice cereal.
We think he's hooked.
Ya think?

Chompers! - Part Deux
The second bottom tooth has come thru to greet the first!
Now he is sporting a "set".
All things considered, the whole teething process hasn't been that bad. He is a little fussy at times, has had a tiny low grade fever and has been waking up at night - but we can live with that. The amusing thing is that he attempts to put everything in his mouth... the best: his entire hand.
Once we can figure out how to remove his fist from his mouth (and all the drool) we will attempt to photographically document the evidence!
Stay tuned.....
